This is what I was happily sewing away at when my machine gave up on me the other night. After a panic and a good cry I finished it up by hand stitching a casing for the elastic (originally I wanted to use velcro). Needless to say, the birthday boy didn't even notice the difference and a certain someone else has requested his own "green and a red star just like Super Jakes".
